Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how much Lilium Digital OÜ refunds. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions.

1. Refund rules

  • The €80 setup fee is non-refundable.
  • Exception: if the website is not delivered within 7 business days of the client submitting the completed intake form, the client is entitled to a full refund of the €80 setup fee.
  • The €20 monthly fee is never refunded, as it covers services already rendered.

2. Process

  • Refund requests to: support@clematis.dev
  • Processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunded to the original payment method via Stripe.
